Gary Cahill

Started with sprinkler system. Worked 3 hours first day . Looked outside and he was gone. Several attempts to get him back. Many excuses for no show. Needed down payment for parts, fence wood, mulch, etc. Down payment of $3,200.00. up front. Signed a contract to finish work in 2 weeks. After one month I fired him. Said he could keep $1,000.00 for leaving my system broken in front of house and other areas exposed. Threatened to put lien on my house if I wouldnâ t let him finish. Why would I pay him anything or let him do work when it was obvious he ripped off a 72 year old woman whom he lied to.

Gary Cahill stop cutting my lawn and kept my $150 and would not repay me. I consider him a thief and rude person. He also threatened me in many texts messages.

Prompt and efficient. Did a great job on short notice.

Trying to get my money back, he was very, he threatened me, he called me old man since I am 69 years old, he kept saying he would pay me but he never did. By not returning my $150 I truly consider him a thief. I would not recommend hiring him at all for any job.

Gary is responsive, efficient, and does great work! If heâ s off schedule, just text him, and heâ ll let you know his new ETA.

Very quick, friendly. Did amazing on our overgrown yard, offered to do it on the spot after taking a look at the property.

Gary was very communicative and friendly! When he had issues with his truck resulting in not being able to come on the day we scheduled for, he communicated right away and ensured that we could reschedule promptly. Additionally, he charged a very fair price for the job. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who was looking for someone to do yard work!

Gary did an amazing job on our overgrown yard. Wonderful service and great prices!!

Did a great job in very little time will plan to use again!

He came to give me a quote and ended up mowing my lawn right then, also did the edging. I'm very pleased with him

Quickly returned call and mowed yard in timely manner for a reasonable price.

He had a very difficult job clearing my daughter's property. He did an excellent job for a VERY reasonable price. Well worth every penny. Will continue using him on a monthly basis through the growing season.

I was a nervous and didn't know what to expect or who to trust. Gary made sure I was happy throughout the process and got me excited for the project. His casual professionalism is the perfect combo to his timely and fantastic workmanship. I highly recommend
