We install inground swimming pools. Our pools are both fiberglass and concrete prebuilt models. We have over 40 models to choose from. We are a second generation business with over 50 yrs exp. I was on the first job in 1971, 7th grade, 12 yrs old and been doing it ever since. I installed all the products for 11 yrs through college then took over the business from my Father. "We are very sorry that Mr D is not happy. We told him in writing before I measured and it is on the contract that cracks may happen. All houses are different. Customer agreed in a written contract that he wanted that end of the house piered and that's what we did. My foreman offered to trim doors and customer said it's ok he will do it. Customer even signed that job was 100% complete and gave us a 10 best Rating.(Willing to forward copy)"
