Project was completed sooner than expected. After completed noticed a few small scratches on tub. Called Gary, he immediately had All Surface Refinishing come and fix the scratches. Love the new look, easy to clean.

We started thinking we would just cover our existing tub with a "skin" and change out our toilet. As Gary and I talked we decided to replace the tub with a acrylic full shower to fit the space where the existing tub was. We also replaced the toilet with upgraded comfort height, elongated and water efficient. We also change out the vanity and top and put tile down on the floor replacing vinyl we had. We ended up with a full remodel of our bathroom. All work was done as promised, very professional and appropriately priced.

Gary and his crew worked hard every day(2 1/2) and cleaned up very nicely. The price was half of Sears and Statewide. I have a new tub not just covered up and the old tiles removed and a new surround installed. I recomme Gary Groce.

I originally asked for a tub surround/liner Gary told me resurfacing would meet my needs at a fraction of the cost. He explained in detail he work to be done and what to expect during the process. The workers arrived on time, completed the job in the amount of time quoted and the tub looks like new. I will use them for future work if needed. Highly recommended!

The only thing I was not happy with was having to buy most of the supplies and tiles above the estimate.
Response from Gary Groce Builders
"I completed Lori's bathroom for the exact contract amount--no extra costs as far as payment to me. Lori was responsible for furnishing much of the materials on this project. She changed the way she wanted her floor tile laid to a much more complicated pattern which caused me extra labor to install. Although I Did Not Charge Her For The Extra Labor, her new floor design required more tile. I ask her to supply the additional tile per our agreement. I assume she liked my work since she awarded me a 4.17. I enjoyed working for Lori and appreciated her business."

Gary and his contractors did a good job on both of my bathrooms. The contractors were very courteous to me and my wife, on time to our home each work day and kept work area clean and trashed was always hauled off each day. The material was of first quality and helped us pick out any additional material not on contract. I would highly recommend this company if you have any bathroom remodeling you need done. The price is reasonable, compared to several other high profile companies we checked into and the work is top notch. Gary is very easy to work with and is willing to go the extra mile to get the job done right the first time.

Garry did none of the work and I was under the inpression he would be. So I felt I ended up paying xtra to have him call someone to do the work. The men that he hired were verry good workers and treated me and my home with respect . If I ever need more work I would Try to have them again. Ann R.
Response from Gary Groce Builders
"Ann R. is one of our precious Senior Citizens and I enjoyed working for her very much. She is incorrect when she says I did none of the work. I did all the plumbing work on this job and trimmed her cabinets myself. My full time helper, who has been working for me over 10 years now, does do all my paint and texture work becuse he is the best I have ever seen. I called Ann and talked to her and she acknowledged to me that she was incorrect-I did work on her project. However, she told me she was too busy too send in a correction. She did award me a 4 star rating so I guess she likes my work after all!!!"

Gary was prompt, efficient, and curtious with estimate and work. They protected path surfaces to their work area. I was not happy with the drain in the sinks and Gary went out of his way to correct the proplem to my satifaction. They came back a few days latter and corrected a leak problem.

I had some changes and he met my request. I also had him to redo my water lines and he met my price. I took pictures of the progress and my wife and I feel he did his best. His crew was excellent. I have no complaints and I requested he do my kitchen also.

Gary's extensive experience and competence was evident when he and his crew did a major tear out and re-model of our hall bath and a major update of our master bath. He and/or his crew were on the job every day for one month and made every effort to deliver quality work and create the vision we had for our bathrooms. Gary conducts himself in a very professional manner and is very pleasant to work with. We are loving showing off his beautiful work.
