"I always tell prospective customers my cost for a structural inspection and stamped report prior to me visiting home. Customer asked if wall was load bearing, it was not. Customer then asked me questions on how to remover wall and run utilities even though it was not part of scope which I was glad to do. I HAVE NOT CASHED his check. I would rather have this review removed, He can keep my report free of charge. I emailed the following to client: "I received your rating which was unfortunate. I am returning your uncashed, post dated check, I always tell clients my fee, problem here is that you used tool of home advisor where you made an appointment without talking to me or asking fee.
