You were unprofessional (you crushed on the homeowner) and moody on the job. You left me hanging for my court date and wasted thousands of dollars in lawyers fees. I had to go back for omissions and corrections, and you took no measurements or notes during your visit. You said you did me a favor returning when you did not do the job right the first time. Other inspectors know you and do not think highly of you. You seem to think highly of yourself.

Gary is great. We needed his expertise before we vaulted the ceilings in our old victorian 3rd floor. Gary called us back quickly and showed up on time the next day for the inspection. He gave us advice on-site and followed up with his official report soon after. When we had addition questions about specific changes, he was very helpful and responded immediately.

This guy would not release the report, the report was inadequate when I received it. Cussed on the phone to my realtor and after begging for the report and telling the inspector I needed it or would not pay him, the inspector proceeded to harass me and threaten me.

"THIS man is not a home-owner, he is AN Out-of-STATE INVESTOR from North Carolina flipping homes who kept harassing me for a report 3 days after inspection for report while I was sick. The world revolves around him and I was having none of it. Finally, I would never threaten or harass anyone, this is an unscrupulous out-of-state investor."

this man lists on HomeAdvisor that drawings are included for his $360 price. After I hired him, he informed me that the drawings were $750. When I declined the drawings, his professionalism went downhill. His report was lacking any detail, and when I asked him some simple questions, he denied answering them. He told me that I declined the drawings and that my questions were common sense. He would answer them for $150 per hour. When I questioned his professionalism, that is when things took a major turn. He emailed me and told me how dare I question the credentials of a PE in PA. He threatened to call his attorney, which I welcome. He is very unprofessional(emails to prove) and did not provide me with anything close to usable. I am now out $360. My recommendation is to stay clear of this man.

"its unfortunate when someone out right lies about ones integrity. The client fancies himself as an engineer, questioned my qualifications because i would not agree with his concept drawings to expand his bedroom. They were and are in error. He is not an engineer. I regret having entered his home. In the interest of civility, i will say no more These are the times we live in."

Mr. Miller did an excellent job inspecting my house and explaining to me my concerns were just cosmetic and nothing major. He was also friendly and professional during during the inspection. I would highly recommend him and definitely contact him if I ever needed work done again.

I am so glad we found Gary Miller. We had to get a structural engineer out to the home we were buying as a part of the mortgage process. We had a short time frame to work with and he made it happen! "So he admitted I did a great job for him on first project, however he gave me no review; but according to his review, on this SECOND JOB, I didnt show up, hence he posts a terrible 0.5 rating?! Well the TRUTH IS I knocked twice and rang door bell twice. Second time I knocked HARD. When I called HomeAdvisor customer resolutions and told them I had google maps GPS Location data to prove I was there. This review I am sad to say it is MALICIOUS in an effort to hurt me professionally and my family business :(( This PERSON has now changed his review twice (3 reviews on same appointment) he has deleted his claim I never showed when he learned I had GOOGLE GPS DATA showing I was there, yet HomeAdvisor allows this....wow WHY DOESNT HOME ADVISOR SHOW HIS CHANGES???"
