Good job and very reliable!

Nice couple, price was excellent, but they took advantage of the fact I wouldn't be there when they promised to come. I hired them to clean my house between me moving out and the new tenants moving in. Promised to come at noon when I thought I'd be gone. Unfortunately, my moving got delayed and I was in the house when they came at 4:30. They said they did another job when they said they'd be at mine & showed up for mine late afternoon. We agreed that because I wasn't completely out of the house, they'd come the next day after church, 12:30. I did pay them cash plus a tip because they were so reasonable in price. Again, I didn't get out of the house until the next afternoon and they still hadn't showed up by 2:30. I called and they said that they were coming, that I jerked them both days. I told them, I messed up the day before, but that they broke their promise for both days. I told them if they felt they didn't want or couldn't do the job as promised, just give me my money back. I was told it was already spent. As I drove away at 4pm, they showed up. Luckily, my new tenant told me he would make sure the job was done or he would get my money back and would take pictures if he wasn't happy with the job done. I haven't heard any complaints from the tenants, so I guess they did the job as promised. But their attitude, their reliability was unexceptionable.
