They came out in the middle of a cold drenching rain, removed the tree from my roof and tarped the roof to the insurance co.'s specifications. i will be eternally grateful for their service.

Didn't seem prepared for the job. Mr. Brown needs to work on his professionialism. His employees were very knowledgable on the work to be performed. The employees did a great job!

We were very pleased with Garys work as well as his two helpers. They worked patiently until they had accomplished their goal for the day.

Gary's workers were polite and conscientious about their work. They took their time making sure everything was done correctly.

Gary brown called and emailed me several times,which I missed most and did not setup a time for him to do the job,but he took it on his own and stopped by my house to see if I still neded his help and I did. He did what I wanted while I was there and everything was good. Would recomend.

Although I told Gary the proposed stairway railing did not have to be fancy, the result was more representative of something you might expect to see in a cellar rather than in a house. Basically comprised of 2X4's nailed to the stairs. Additionally, asked Gary to look at a door that was binding to determine if it could be planed to fit, and if so, to call me with the price to do so. Gary did not call and planed the door at a cost of $65, which I would not have approved. Overall, very disappointing.

Did not give us in writing the guarantee of his work for transfer to new ownership. Did not give written cost of labor and materials as requested He did send a written letter saying he will take care of the damage to the pillars by the gutter installation when weather permits. We did not get a written guarantee of the gutters from the manufacture. We should had got all this in writing before the work had started. Also there were delays in starting the work.

Gary Brown was very pleasant and helpful in the demolition of our old home. Very infomative, promt, and thorough, on when it was to be done, and how it was to be done. I would recommend Gary very highly. We are still working with Gary on the plans for our new home.

This bathroom renovation is the third time we have used Gary for various home projects. He and his two workmen were very friendly, polite and knowledgable in their work. I believe that the fact we used him three times speaks highly of them. I consider their work to be top notch. I definately would use them again should the need arise.

Gary is a very honest and forthright individual. I found him and his crew to be very trustworthy and did a very professional custom job for me. The were on time for each appointment and worked diligently. They also cleaned up their mess so when they were done it looked like the doors that they hung were always there. I will look to him when I need other things done.

Gary and his crew were very polite. Their work was top notch and all of our suggestions were well received and acted apon promptly. They showed up when they were scheduled except when weather prevented. Then they called and let us know when they would be back. Later this year we will contract with them again to do some inside work. They are well able to do any type of work from home repair, remodeling or even building a new home. We felt that their price was very reasonable.

Gary was very helpful and informative. We were impressed that he drove the distance to work with us and was willing to stay as long as it took to answer our questions.
