Gary's Decking & Flooring

I hired Gary to paint my whole house. The price was good but if I had known it would take over twice as long as he had estimated and that he would be as sloppy as he was I would have hired someone else. There are lots of places with paint drip marks and where he painted over hair and dust which is now stuck on my walls and doors. I will say he was polite and very good at communicating. If you have a smaller job (like painting a few rooms over a whole house) he would probably be fine. Also if you are on a tight budget he is a good option. His pricing was very good. Over all my house looks good it is just went you get up close that you notice a lot of flaws.

Gary, Decking & Flooring built a new deck for us in August of 2021. In spring of 2022 we noticed the deck was sagging. Upon further investigation we found out that one or more of the posts had settled 1 to 2 inches causing the deck to sag. I have been unable to contact the company since.

It was good to have an experienced and honest carpenter in the Paris area for future projects.

Gary was great. Arrived on time. Finished and performed tile work as promised. He even installed lights for free. He prepped all workspace and left everything even cleaner than it was before. My backsplash looks beautiful!

Came on time every day until they job was finished. Cleaned up every day and even presure washed all boot prints and mud off my driveway at the end of project.

Gary was very professional and dependable. I am 100% satisfied with the work he did. He took out an old tile floor and replaced with a new floor and porcelain tile. He painted the walls, ceiling and cabinet and doors. Also installed a new light fixture, mirror, vanity and sink. It turned out great !!! I recommend Gary if you have similar work to do.

He got materials for us when we needed more. Very nice guy and friendly.

We hired Gary to power clean and stain our large deck. We added some other requests such as replacing lattice, etc. Nice job.

Gary was quick to respond to both phone calls and text messages. He was very respectful of our time and always showed up on time and worked a full day. At the end of each day he cleaned up. He was knowledgeable not just about painting but also other skills which allowed us to hire him to complete other parts of our project too. Thanks Gary!
