Called Gary he came and he started to work next week, he and his team were at the house three times before we started the service he wanted to keep the pool going so they showed up three different days after high winds, loads pools in the area with leaves and all sorts debris. Gary came out right away at the time he said he would be there. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and communicates well. He cleaned the pool really nicely. It had gotten green from algae from the last person we hired who didn t treat it properly. He fixed it within one day. He even checked in with me the next day to see if it was looking better. I hired him and would recommend him.

"Thank you. It is a pleasure to work with you 3/16/2020 Good morning. I'm not quite sure what the problem is with the standard of service you are expecting. We are there consistently each week. We are there through rain and shine. The pool is always netted, vacuumed, brushed and chemicals added. There isn't much more that can be done. Please help me understand what I'm missing? I am sorry that your expectations have not been met."
