I was getting read to give this company 5 stars for their work on my driveway and roof, but after trusting them to do an additional, multi-project level in the backyard, I can only give them half a star because 0 is not an option. Once they installed the roof, there was a huge mess left on the side of the house that was never picked up. In-fact I had to go to the dump myself and pay to dispose of it. They also did not put our antenna back up, so I will have to deal with that when I have time. Now for the bad part. When my wife and I additionally asked for a quote for the following- Landscape, put in new sod, replace fence and replace some siding/Rotten wood around the house- the owner (Brain Cruz) said that he could handle it. He made it clear that this was a job they were capable of doing. He ordered 8 pallets of sod and put down about a pallet the same day it arrived. The pallet that was put down was overlapping and poorly done. Then they let those full pallets sit for 3 days until I called him. He would say “tomorrow the guys will be there” this and “someone is showing up” that. Ultimately, my wife and I put down all the sod after hand tilling to the best of our ability. If we had not done this those pallets would have been sitting out for over 9 days stacked up. I also forgot to mention that the siding has not been fixed, which we paid for upfront. I usually do not pay up front, but we were giving them so much business and referrals that I made the judgement call that they would follow through. The owner has not apologized, will not respond, and only answered my phone call when he sent someone to pick up a pressure washer that his brother left behind. I guess I could have kept it but we are veterans and have some decency. This company also has refused to reimburse us the cost of this job, which is $1650 which is not including the siding cost. I would not hire this company, unless you enjoy doing their job for them and being swindled out of your money.

He came on time and started work on the concrete repair immediately. He explained why there was a crack and how adding iron rod to the concrete would prevent future cracks. He did a very good work. I will hire him for our future concrete repairs, and highly recommend him for those in need of concrete repairs.
