Shay was great. He took care of all the paperwork and made it easy for us. He did ask for more money at the end of the job because of the extra demands of the city.

I think Shay and his crew are number 1 in town. They are extremely professional, understand the scope of work, know what they are doing and do not waste time. I would definitely recommend them highly to anyone. They do what they tell you. They do not run you around and play games with you like others!!

Shay and his Gas Demo crew are extremely professional, timely, affordable and well worth the investment. I have several demanding projects and they have yet to fail us. I highly recommend them for any type of demolition service because you will get the same result we have gotten so far, and that is getting a job well done.

would definitely recommend and use again in other projects. they did a great job in all aspects of the project from permitting to the actual demolition and grading. also, great communication throughout the various stages of project completion. they are so good that they should have their own reality show!
