GasPro called back promptly, scheduled a consultation as requested on the first call, showed up on time. At the consultation he answered all of our questions, scheduled the follow up and at that followup, kept a messy job very neat and contained. He cleaned up the glass front of the fireplace and even showed us how to deal with keeping that clean ourselves. Talked to us thoughout the service call about what he was doing and why. He answered all of our questions, even those outside the scope of the repair job.

Work was performed timely and did thorough clean up. Coordinated timing with inspector, subcontracted electrician and tile installer so well that I was not left waiting for each step. Actually picked up and delivered the tile that I was contracted to provide.
