They were very professional. They called back right away and came quickly. We had a leak in our gas pipe so we needed it to be done asap. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again. Everything turned out great.

Ray and his team were incredibly professional throughout the installation process. They were timely, worked quickly, and were incredibly flexible with my schedule and needs. The team minimized the appearance of the gas lines on the exterior of my home, a fact that can easily be overlooked by an inconsiderate contractor. Ray returns calls promptly and is great at answering any and all questions or concerns that might have. Additionally, when one of the fireplace burners malfunctioned due to a manufacturing glitch, Ray ordered and expedited a new burner and returned within 2 days of the original work date. Many companies would attempt to replace the malfunctioning piece, but Ray advocated for an entirely new burner to ensure that the quality was not compromised in the future. Lastly, Ray's team coordinated, programmed, and taught me how to use the remotes for fireplace which I appreciated.

Ray was so helpful and accommodating. We ran into so many issues when we bought a fire pit kit to hook up to natural gas. He went above and beyond to complete the project for us (originally we hired him to simply extend the line and hook up the natural gas to the pit but he ended up having to buy the "guts" to make the pit natural gas ready). Easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. We would HIGHLY recommend Gasworks to anyone looking for a real professional at a very reasonable price!

I hired Gasworks to repair a gas grill. They came and told me what part to order and charged $85. I called them when the part came in and asked if the $85 would go towards the repair. They were equivocal. I then asked how much the repair would cost and they said they would not know until they got there. I reminded them that they already charged me to find out what needed to be done. Then they said it would be $100-$125 over and above the $85 I gave them. Since, by that time, contacted a different service person who said that he would do it for $75, I no longer needed Gasworks. They could charge what they want, but they cannot tell me that they didn't know how much they would charge for a job they had previously diagnosed. Obviously, I was disappointed. I wasted $85.
Response by Gasworks, LLC: We are sorry you were unhappy with the cost of a service call, however we believe that since we made an attempt to not only service your unit but also successfully diagnosed the issue, this was a cost that you would incur with anyone you hired. We spent considerable time diagnosing and attempting to repair your issue by disassembling your unit and testing various components. Despite our attempt to service the unit that day, you needed a new part. Instead of leaving you with a non-functioning grill, we reassembled the grill so that you could continue to use the good burners until the part came in. The cost for a second trip was unavoidable for you since you did not have the part required. The cost for the labor of 1.) Successfully diagnosing your issue and 2) disassembling and reassembling your unit was very fair and competitvely priced. The other party was not as inexpensive as you maintain because the cost of labor required to diagnose and attempt to repair the issue had already been done, by us. They simply installed the part that we told you was needed. We always make every attempt to complete a job in as few trips as possible and at the most fair and affordable cost.
