Gate for Driveway or Security Installation and Replacement
Hired 60 days ago to build a custom driveway gate that I gave them the design aspects for along with installation and openers. Gave the company the required 50% up front. I was told the maximum time would be 30 days. Since this time I've only been lie to over and over. 2 weeks ago I was told my gate was completed and would be installed. On that day I did not receive a call and no one showed up, so late afternoon I started trying to call them. When I did finally receive a call back I was told the openers were not received and that was all they were waiting on but they would be in by August 14. This week I called them and their assistant told me how nice the gate was so I requested a photo of it. The photo the gate was only primed not painted. I tried to call and left messages because at this point we were thinking we were being scammed. Finally the owner left message they had dtopped the ball on this one. Now he has gate finished and openers but he refuses to complete job because he doesn't have the employees to send out to install and is just refunding the money which takes days. He's had our money for 60 days, our gate design and now won't finish nstalling despite having everything ready. We had 2 other jobs for him to bid on when gate was to be completed they knew about.1 metal fencing for courtyard area and wooden perimeter fencing.
