Very Professional

I was quite satisfied with the inspection. It was limited because the house was in foreclosure so the electric, gas & water had been disconnected. We could not check those out. And the space below the house & into the attic were narrow, so this was also unable to be checked out thoroughly. But overall, I was satisfied. He answered all my questions. And was definitely knowledgeable. I would also hire him for any other inspections that we decide on.

Inspector Rob was through, professional and helpful

Rob did a wonderful job on our inspection. He was very thorough and answered all of mine and my husbands questions. It is our first home purchase, and he made sure we understood everything and explained how we can fix it. He even took the time to explain how we can fix minor things in the house (ex: remove layers of paint from the doors to get them to close easier, and use bees wax on the kitchen drawers so they can open and close better.) We were very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him.

Rob was very accommodating especially as we had a short time line.. He found numerous items needing attention and added the few items we showed him. He took a lot of time to explain all findings and suggested how to prioritize repairs.

Rob did a thorough inspection and clearly explained a lot of things to me, such as how long the roof and furnace will last and what needs to be fixed on the outside of the house and how to fix it. He even gave me a ride to work! Thanks Rob!

He new what he was talking very good at his job

Very professional, courteous, and informative. Rob took his time and explained every detail of the house as he went along, answering any questions I had that came up. Even gave me an Estimated history of the house. The inspection lasted about 4 hours and i took home the report on the spot.
