Exterior Surfaces - Powerwashing
Called right away to give me estimate for powerwashing home, clean windows and powerwashing and staining our deck. Accepted his bid. Showed up 1 hour late. Worked throughout the day, got the house 3/4 done. Not a good job. Said he'd be back on Saturday, called and said he wasn't coming and that he would be here on Sunday at 7:00 a.m. We got up at 7:20, he wasn't here. Checked my emails and he had sent an email saying that he was taking the day off. We emailed him back to say don't bother coming back. We did pay him $275.00 for the house powerwashing expecting him to come back and finish.

"The deck was extremely dark and the stain they had picked out was much lighter, I told them that I had never taken a deck from darker to lighter before. I had a family emergency late Saturday night and I guess I should have told them why I wasn't coming out on Sunday but, I thought keeping personal information separate from business was the way to go...apparently I was wrong."
