Came on time, pricing was good and completed the job as planned and on time.

i hired sylvester [regrettably] and after a week of excuses and broken promises, i fired him i found the whole experience upsetting, stressful, and disappointing

Quoted price of $60 - no problem; Only cut off part of the limb requested, collected $50 from husband; told husband ladder was too short, would be back later to finish the job, never came back to cut the rest of the limb off or for the $10 remainder.

Courteous, on-time, very competitive estimate.

Very satisfied with the work. Job was completed as promised and everything was cleaned up. I will use him again for other projects.

Sylvester replied promptly to my service request and came to my house the next day to provide a quote. He scheduled the service for the same week and completed the work in a timely fashion. He was very friendly, easy to work with, and cleaned up thoroughly after the work was finished.

They did a good job of removing my dead tree, however, they were not very good at keeping good time -getting there exactly when they said they would. They cracked my walk accidentally with a cut branch but fixed it days later (a very patched up job). They were friendly and professional and no one could beat their price of 750. I would recommend them but make sure to stay in touch to make sure the job gets done quickly.

The weather was bad and the service is rescheduled for sometime in in Feb or March 2008

Mr. Jones did a great job. He gave a fast reasonable estimate. Started the work when he said he would. Finished when he said he would. The work he did was great.

Mr. Jones is still completing my landscaping work. So far, I have been very pleased with his company. I will be working on my landscape for several years and I hope that Mr. Jones will be able to assist me with my many upcoming projects.

Sylvester is very nice to work with. His work is very professional and he immediately grasped the nature of the job, which was to control erosion along our fenceline. We are very satisfied with the first phase of the work performed.

Sylvester is a very nice, professional, respectful gentleman. He relaid my brick patio, trimmed bushes, cleared an large overgrown area in the backyard, and removed remaining tree stumps. He did a very good job for a reasonable price. I am considering having him do more work for me.

Shabby work. The man he had working for him, took out more plants than weeds, took out out raised beds in the vegl garden. Was supposed to finish laying the soaker hose, but took it all up and didn't replace it. He used my riding mower and trailler to hawl dirt but overloaded it and blew the tire. He then charged me for it. He lost the hook that holds the trailer to the mower, bought one and charged us for it, then bent it. He broke the cover to the water meter. There is more but just thinking about it is making me sick.

We had a very good experience with Jones Lawn Service. Sylvester Jones, the owner of the company, promptly came by to assess the work, carefully listened to what we wanted and send us estimate by email at the same day. If it wouldn't be for a bad weather we would have our landscaping done right away. The landscaping is nice, very clean and done with the knowledge of how big the tree and bushes will grow. questionable organization. 1 guy showed up to do most of the work. They painted and that was good. As far as their ability to do drywall? I dont think they can. They left buckets and stuff and never came back for it too. Far less then acceptable work.

Sylvester was very polite and courteous. I thought it was a fair price for the job. Timing was excellent, and I did not see any leftover branches or shrub clippings. I would definitely re-hire him and his company for future jobs.

I was impressed with the quick response and job they did...not sure I got a lot for my money but I am satisfied that I did not have to do the work and I got most of what I asked for.
