They came to repair carpet ripped up from a dog in my new home and I had them clean a room too. They were early, called before like they said, were very quick professional and did an exceptional job. Very competitively priced as well. I will definitely use them in the future. Way to go!

Good customer service

I hired them to have my carpet cleaned and a couch and two end chairs. Total $310.00. Carpet cleaner took $65.00 off because I mentioned they were only cushions were not full couch and 2 end chairs. I did send a very clear picture to customer service before hand for what I do not recall and customer service did not call me saying that they were only cushions and give me some sort of discount. So I do not understand being asked to send a picture. I feel that I should not have had to bargin with the carpet cleaner. I was told by him that he had only been with the company three months where I was told theses were experts and have been with the company many yeaars because I asked her the question of longevity. He did not move any light furniture butted up against the walls because some were wood and would stain the rug. Well what about the non-absorbant paper that they put under each and every piece that would rest on the carpet after being moved and put back into place. He did move the couch but asked if I wanted it moved and was reluctant to do so as it looked like wicker but I told him it was plastic and then he agreed. He moved the couch which is quite heavy and left it right where he moved it to. What? Customer service told me that the carpet would practically be dry when they left and how their customers were amazed that their carpets wete as dry. Well when done my carpets were quite moist and was told to make it as cold as possible in the house for an hour and they should be dry in that time - he did say "approximately." Well I ran the air at 60 degrees for three hours and they were just as moist. They were not totally dry until 11:00 at night. It was 70 degrees in the house all day after uping the air temperature. I am also suprised that the company did not call me to see if I was satisfied with the job they did. I did not want to call them and bargin them down because I had had it. The amount charged I feel was very high. I would not use them again even though I did not call to complain. Again, they never called me to follow up and I have dealt with local companies that would call to follow up so if a poor job was done they could rectify the problem before I could write a bad review.

Quick and courteous service call. Showed up when said they would and managed my expectations on duration of time to take my rug and clean and return. Will use them again for other work.

the service tech was very friendly as was the appointment setter. however when doing the work I believe it was done took quickly and not enough time was spent on t yhe heavily traveled areas. the spots returned the next day as if the carpet had not even been cleaned. very disappointed.

They had our carpet for well over a month. We k new from the outset it would take time to properly clean the carpet but the length of time actually involved was a bit extreme. After the fact, we found out that they company had moved to a new location. My biggest complaint is lack of communication. Based on the service we received, I would be reluctant to recommend to friends.

We just purchased an older condo and needed the A/C ducts cleaned. Anthony was friendly and professional. We were very impressed. From the day we moved in, there was an odor in the hallway that we couldn't identify, but after the cleaning, it was gone. We are so pleased!

I DID hire this company. And they were absolutely fabulous. I don't know why Home Advisor is saying I did not hire them because I sure did and I will hire them again and I will request Anthony as my technician because he is fantastic

I called for an emergency cleaning (spilled red wine cheering during Super Bowl) and they arrived within 2 hours. Very professional and polite. Very happy with the results.
