Had them over to fix our master bathroom shower, which we weren't able to turn off. They had to order a part, so we are waiting for it to come in before they can repair it. The plumber who came out was very nice, professional & informative. I rated the quality and value as a 5, altho the job isn't completed yet so not sure if the rating is totally accurate, but assuming so. I would hire them again.

They were able to fit me in a day early as I had no water with a main break. Arrived on time and the tech was courteous, efficient and pleasant to work with. The break was fixed promptly and with the expense for me kept in mind. I have nothing but favorable things to express about the company and its customer relations.
