This company receives your money and donâ  t perform your work. I paid Jerome $375 to cut my grass, clean gutters and wash my house before I move in two weeks ahead of my moving date. He has not performed my total job. He states his machine broke to wash my home. Never cut my back yard and he does not return my phone calls or text messages. Have to take legal action now. Paying in advance was my mistake. He is not earnest. No communication from him.

Jerome did an excellent job - he arrived on time and cleared away our yard debris, then he took a photo to send me so I could see that he had completed the job. I was very impressed with the quality of work and for the quantity of work for the price charged. I will be calling on Jerome again when I have another job similar to this one. I would highly recommend him!!

He (or his grass cutter) didn't cut the grass as low as I had hoped for. My grass DID need cutting....(first cut for this new spring time), so I'll let him try next time to get it looking better. Took him about 10, or MAYBE 15 minutes to "do" my very small lawn. Then he sat out in his truck for a LONG time before heading off for whatever (or "wherever") he was going next. It was only "he," not "they". He was courteous.....(and I gave him $5.00 more than he charged, just for his being here on time, etc.) But, will see how the yard reacts to his work today, then will make a next decision.
