Steve did an excellent job of inspecting a 30-year-old manufactured home for me today and was able to point out some areas that needed fixing. His report in color and pictures of the areas in question are wonderful to bring back to the owner for negotiation before actually purchasing the home. Steve is very methodical in how he approaches all of the areas to inspect and does not rush, therefore, he does not miss any problems. Thank you, Steve, for performing this inspection! I will recommend you to anyone that needs this done.

Home inspections are one of those things that you just want to get it over with like ripping off a band-aid. Steve was early to our appointment, checking out the yard and other things outside. I am not knowledgeable about what it entails but he was so open and descriptive about what he was doing and allowing us to follow him throughout the process. He answered every question we had and everything he said out loud was written in the report that you are given, with detailed descriptions and photos to correspond. Weeks after our home inspection, we asked him to check the shed in the backyard for termites. He was able to go there the same day. He is very accommodating and wants the very best for every customer!

We were very pleased with Steve's inspection. He was very thorough and went into some tough spaces . He is very knowledgeable answered any questions we had. We felt more comfortable knowing any issues within the home, small or large, because of Steve uncovering and explaining them. It's important to keep in mind the inspection should be a spring board to talk to specific professionals on certain uncovered items.

Professional and courteous. Steve was very thorough, he explained everything he was looking for during the inspection, and also provided a very clear and detailed report with pictures that will be extremely useful when I tackle all of the issues he uncovered during his inspection. At a price lower than the competition I would recommend Gaudet Inspections to anyone who is thinking about purchasing a home. Worth every penny and more!

Very, very thorough inspection. Expertly detailed report provided same day. Report can be used as a reminder of the walk thru and to compile a honey - do list. Would definitely recommend to others and would use this vendor again. Easily worth the $300 charge. This professional could easily charge more for his skills.

We were ALL very, very impressed with Steve's Professional and very though Inspection. He took 3 1/2 hour to go thru every inch of the house and grounds!! He was not rushing any part of the job at all. �He explained everything, every step of the Way!! He had a 41 page Report with pictures showing the problem areas. Some Big, some small but he caught them all. Steve was exactly who we were looking for to help us learn more about a home we were considering purchasing as first-time home buyers. Steve did a great detailed job on our new Marlette Modular Home Inspection (MMHI). He also shared his expertise in communication some of the new home features with us, too. His MMHI report was fantastic in that it was comprehensive, professional, and detailed to a very concise manner with pictorials to depict details, too.
