Gaudet Property Management

Just a great guy, I had called early this fall to get some bathroom grab bars installed. They said they were backed and asked me to call again. I did yesterday and he was here in five hours and the job is done and great

Tight timeline and the house looks great. Got it done in time for my open house. Much appreciated! Workers were friendly and professional. Would use them again.

Replaced my back deck with upgraded materials. Have gotten lots of compliments on it since. Nick was professional and easy to work with.

Not professionals at painting, I had to point out several times what was not painted. Took too long to do a lousy job. Do not hire.

Arrived on time. Introduced himself. Hung mirrors exactly where I asked. Cleaned up with his own vacuum.

This company is not an experienced professional company. It took them months to finish a 2-day paint job. I had to keep sending pictures of uncompleted work. Contract had item on it that we did not discuss, had to be redone. I could have done a better job myself. Don't hire this company.

We have a very complicated house given its age and unique qualities. Gaudet provided an initial bid that seemed low for what we were expecting. We invited the owner to come back out and rebid after we discussed in detail what our expectations were. He adjusted his price and schedule and we awarded him the work. The crew went over by several months (for a scope they expected 3 weeks to initially complete), and had very low quality. Our house was not properly sanded in points, is already showing signs of chipping, was not properly filled/ prepped. Something we said was incredibly important to us. He tied to increase the price a couple times and had to paint the foundation after his crew overpainted. The owner himself was very nice but we were not impressed with the service provided. We were very patient and amendable with the crew. We work full time and we had our neighbors recently tell us the crew had their kids over while they were working, would arrive often after 9, take a break, then take lunch at 1130ish, come back and leave before 3.

Flexible times a plus

Nicholas was terrific , he fixed a fence at a home we use as rental . I will use Gaudet again in the future and would recommend them to do work on your home.

Very accommodating and professional. Would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely use in the future!

Get a firm quote, not an estimate

Prompt, friendly and explanatory.

The feeling of trust and respect

prompt, courteous and did a good job despite the weather

Easy to do business with. Trustworthy and competent workers, do no hesitate to hire this company to get the job done.

Very accommodating and reasonable. Even trimmed some nearby branches! Will be hiring them again for handyman services.

Nick was promt, polite and friendly. Very affordable to have waste hauled away. I would definitely hire him again

Nik was very courteous and responsive and did a quality job. I would definitely recommend him

Nik did a great job - quick to respond, came on the weekend, very courteous, job well done and at a very fair price. Would highly recommend and use Nik in the future.

Nicholas was very professional and proficient.

He responded fast.

Great source to go to when you move to a new area! Very helpful.

nik did an outstanding job in a timely manner at a fair price. we will call him for help in the future. thank you nik.

The owner, Nik, was very pleasant, helpful, and kept in touch on a regular basis. His estimate was very fair but came over a little bit at the end due to more materials needed. He offered to pay 1/2 of the small overage, but I said no since his initial estimate was so fair. All in all a very nice group of young, hardworking, people. Nik was also very knowledgeable, had good ideas, and I will be hiring him again for future projects. Note: This was not a typical landscaping project...it was the filling in of a large in-ground swimming pool which was labor intensive!
