"Contrary to what this customer has posted. They had very high remarks about the job performed and had no issue with paying the full invoice at the job completion. As for the painting, I was hired to rebuild and paint their kitchen cabinets. The lower units were to be Chelsea Grey and the top units were to be Dove White. (Based on a picture they looked at on their phone and refused to allow me to paint a small sample section to ensure they would really like the colors as i had explained that a cell phone will not give a good representation of the final product.) Once i had completed the painting the customers were at first happy with their color choice but the next morning when I arrived the decided they wanted to change the upper cabinet color to Pure White. I repainted the cabinets at no additional cost to make sure my customers were happy. The next morning I arrived and found that the customer attempted to install the cabinet doors and in the process heavily scratched the fresh paint job. I explained that they didn't not follow instructions and allow the paint to cure which is very different than just being dry. And as for my paint of chose it is Behr Premium Ultra so if they feel that I use the cheapest stuff around I implore them to do a little homework on paint and see how Behr products stack up against others. Even though I originally quoted them to do the entire job myself they decided to tackle most of the project themselves with the exception of the painting. But as the customer did not follow my recommendations or the product recommendations on curing time and then attempted to install doors and hardware on the cabinets only after a few hours after painting because they wanted to hurry up and get it done They damaged the freshly painted cabinets and expected me to fix their mistakes for free. They should have just let me do all the work and then I would have been fully responsible for the job. But they did not heed the recommendation of myself or the product instructions and now in turn want to blame me for their mistakes. I have many other reviews on here and pictures posted that show my quality of work and many from repeat customers. And as a business you don't get repeat customers by doing work that this gentleman is describing."
