In Feb 2021, I needed to clean out my attic(single story, 1400 Sq ft home) due to a rodent problem. Eddie, at Gaxiola Services was the first to respond and give an estimate. I told Eddie that I had 3 more estimates coming from his competitors. Eddie told me that he would beat them all. Eddie not only gave me the best price, he installed Owens Corning R-38 insulation batts, cleaned out the old insulation and rodent droppings, sealed up attic to prevent rodents returning and gave me a 1 year warranty. His team was on time and did a fantastic job. They took before and after photographs and his team complied with all COVID protocols. Moving forward to Feb, 2022. The rodents had returned and Eddie immediately sent his team out to inspect, reseal, clean, remove and replace contaminated insulation batts. His team again did a wonderful job. Eddie and the team at Gaxiola Services are true professionals and they are at the top of their game when it comes to work quality, customer service and integrity. They are trustworthy and I would highly recommend his team to anyone needing his services.
