OMG! Sam was absolutely incredible! It was a very detailed job, and he was determined to get it resolved (! He did, and showed me alternative options on how to access my old printer with a new modem. I am very satisfied and relieved to know that I can resume my work duties with my laptop and printer! Thank you!

Amazing service from start to finish! The technician handled the TV mount, wire concealment, and outlet installation with great precision.
Very professional, experienced, and efficient. The setup looks super clean with no visible wires at all. Pricing was fair for the quality of work provided.

Only a small portion of the problem was looked at that would be one thing and the fix was a temporary fix. After two hours I had to pay $279 that would be fair to put it that way. You need to be careful of this person so they don`t tell the truth you have no idea what they are doing out there in your name.

pro was very, very helpful. He went out of his way to guide me along. we were on the phone while he had the screen jumping and has fixed everything to my satisfaction. if you ever need someone to vouch for him please let me know. we had a problem with my banks paying but that finally worked out thanks to his efforts

Sam Wilson responded within minutes of my request! He was very efficient in describing to me in layman’s terms the necessary tasks necessary to connect my printer and old scanner to my very old Macbook. I’ve been trying to correct the issue for months. He was very patient and was able to remotely correct all my issues! The cost was affordable for the extended time it took to resolve the issues! I will definitely use Sam and Geek Tech Pro in the future. my frustration we resolved with one phone call. Thank you Sam!
