My experience with Sam with Geek Tech Pro LLC was wonderful! Sam was very professional, patient, and courteous. He took the time to listen to me articulate the challenges I was having with my PC, and then helped me to understand what was going on. OMG! Sam was absolutely incredible! It was a very detailed job, and he was determined to get it resolved (! He did, and showed me alternative options on how to access my old printer with a new modem.
