Geffs Construction

The work was meticulous and the attention to detail was amazing. We had A LOT of dry rot and he did all he could to keep our price down. It's the work that is so amazing and everything was done right. I know I won't have an issue with dry rot in the future. Steve Geffs and his helper, John, were always on time, nice, friendly and caring people. The cleanliness of their work was also great. I've done 20 years of remodeling and have never had such efficient work done.

Over the years, Mr Geffs has done several projects for us. Some smaller and some really "challenging". He has always come through. His pride in his workmanship is obvious by the quality of the finished product. His pricing is fair, and never any over-runs.

Steve's background as both an engineer and journeyman contractor are obvious in the meticulous quality and attention to detail in the final product. Steve rebuilt the kitchen in our old house and prepared it for sale. This included repainting the house inside and out. He had to cut off and repaired the overhang, due to a previously undetected problem. As luck would have it, a house two doors down went up for sale the same day as ours. Steve's workmanship shone and paid off immediately because we had a preapproved buyer with an offer HIGHER than our asking price! We sold in 4 days!! Steve has an amazing eye for design as well as color and works closely with his clients to make their ideas come to life.

We are so happy with everything they did. Not only his construction was perfect but he has a great design eye that was impressive, he is like a decorator.
