Excellent work! Brian and his team came to my house, protected my entire property and did a beautiful project! Now I can enjoy my backyard after this renovation with new concrete and new artificial granite. Geico Builders and Brian did a fantastic job. He helped us in demolishing a front deck and replacing it with concrete, relocating a tree from the backyard to the front area and assisting with other odds and ends around the house like fixing the lock on the front window, fixing the latch on the entry fence, etc. Geico Builders were professional, courteous, efficient and did great work. Highly recommended.

Just finished our kitchen renovation with Geico Builders and I am so happy with the results. From the initial interviews through the final touch ups I was consistently impressed with our project manager, Mila. One spends a lot of time with the project manager going from interviews to execution, and Mila was responsive, easy to communicate with and seemed genuinely friendly. She was also honest with her feedback on ideas and options. It was quite refreshing to work with Mila and their crew, as well as project coordinator Kai, foreman Tim, and the rest of the Geico team. Amazing, this word is how I describe the work done by Geico Builders Inc. together with Brian, he designed and executed this work quickly, efficiently, where the entire team is very respectful, where this made me very happy, because he used his ideas to make and deliver me a very beautiful backyard, with easy maintenance and where I can enjoy every day now with my family and friends! We were in need to Remodel our Bathroom due to leak from the pipe in between two Bathrooms and change out the plumbing of our house from galvanized steel to copper, upgrade drain to ABS pipes. Geico Builders crew had an immediate availability to solve our issues. Mila was assigned to our project as a project manger. The communication of the project manager was outstanding as well as guidance on what has to be purchased for completing our beautiful Bathroom. Once the water leak was discovered and the subfloor damage was assessed. A repair plan was quickly in place for the leak. Plus a plan to restructure and build a stronger subfloor. Overall, Mila and Supervisor Ruiz and their team were very excellent at staying on schedule and completing the project with quality workmanship. Overall we are very happy with our beautiful new bathroom. Our renovation project was completed on time and the new look absolutely met our expectations. Our main expectations/requirements were a regular shower pan, the shower walls and the flooring, all done with quality porcelain tile. Adding a shampoo niche and 2 safety grab bars in the shower area. Plus the bench which I am so happy with. All of these items were installed with attention to detail and with quality workmanship. Thank you Geico Builders for your professionalism and hard work we are truly Happy with everything you had done to our house and looking forward to work with you for our new project which is going to be Kitchen Remodeling by next year.

I selected Geico Builders to paint the interior of my house and replace rotten wood in September 2023. Crew & project manager was friendly and professional, and they provided a good overview of the job and how the company may differ from other companies in regard to the preparation, staff assignment, and paint quality. Their estimate was slightly higher than my middle estimate but these areas mentioned earlier helped me in my decision. Plus to all they provided me with an estimate in a timely manner whereas several other companies either never provided their estimate or it came much later than discussed. I enjoyed working with the team. Renee, Tammy, and the Crew, who made this project move forward smoothly. I highly recommend Geico Builders for their hard work they want client to be happy with the final work and will keep working to address any concerns. The crew cleaned up so well each day my wife didn't even know that the painters had been there earlier. Highly recommend.

I reached out to Geico Builders through referral program. Project Manager Mila was super responsive and came out to give me ideas and quote. Once we agreed to the bid they were able to start work in just a few days. I already had a plan and plant list from a landscape architect so I was able to share those documents with them. I had biggest issue with the goffers all over my front yard, the suggestion that Mila gave me was priceless. The way how they did concrete an the amount of rebars they use I knew at that time this concrete stays here for a very long time! Team worked very quickly and efficient always left the job site clean when they left for the day. Mila was also helpful when we added more elements to the original plan. I got several quotes for this job and Geico Builders beat them all. The quality of the work was great so I feel like I got a great deal. Geico Builders thank you so much for all your hard work. We love our new yard!

These guys are pros! I couldnâ t believe they donâ t have more reviews. I found these folks through Angiâ s List. I had an existing fence which was build by not licensed contractor and fell off in a year time. When Iâ ve met supervisor Julio and our project manager Mila I had a doubt that someone can get this job done on 100% which they did on 120%! Communication with in project was great. Quality of the job is outstanding I know for now this retaining wall & fence will stay here forever since I saw how many rebarâ s & concrete and digging was involved. I will definitely recommend Geico Builders team & management to everyone.
