Jalal and his team did a fantastic job with our remodeling project. We had a design vision to build a new surrounding area for our fireplace (book shelves, mantel, etc,) along with installing new flooring, light fixtures and updating the whole room. He implemented this vision and the result is really beautiful. We are excited to enjoy this new space. His team did the work within the expected timeline and were flexible when project plans needed to shift. We would recommend Jalal for any home improvement projects.

This vendor was able to respond to my need on the same day as my request. The technician made helpful suggestions about how to best meet my needs and performed the work to our full satisfaction. The tasks involved reinstalling a towel rack in the hall bath which had pulled away from the wall and installing new curtain rods and hanging new curtains over the main bedroom window.

Joe & Sons was hired to determine and fix the cause of a water leak that was damaging a bedroom ceiling. Owner Jalal determined that roof damage had allowed the leakage, and he and assistant Saed (sp?) repaired the roof (new shingling; caulking with roof cement; thorough cleaning of shingles and gutters), as well as patching the damaged bedroom ceiling area and repainting the ceiling. They also voluntarily (and at no additional cost) fixed a sticky screen door by removing it and planing its bottom. The entire experience couldn’t have been better. Jalal and Saed were extremely polite and conscientious, taking excellent care to keep the work areas clean, and explaining everything they did. They were also very prompt/timely, responding to phone calls, texts, and the contract itself very quickly. They definitely rank among the best contractors we’ve ever hired, and would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. (Full disclosure: It has not rained since the repairs.)

I had a portion of the siding of my house burnt from a barbecue incident, so I called different companies for estimates. Jalal gave me the most decent estimate, so I decided to give him a chance due to financial reasons. To say that I was impressed, is an understatement. He went way beyond my hopes and expectations.
