Gelinas did excellent work for us after weeks of issues having the fuel company take wild guesses at our furnace’s issue in subzero temps. Within minutes they had identified an obvious issue with a clogged drain and over-pressured propane entering the unit. We were facing a huge bill for replacement parts before we called them, but it took Justin’s team maybe 1.25 hours to adjust and clean the system back to fighting weight at a fraction of the cost. Highly recommended - we’ll be working with them again.

These professionals did not do the work I hired them for, and never checked for proper use of the ac unit. The quality of work was terrible, and never replaced a part that they said was broken and were going to replace.

Great company, first time using them for oil tank replacement, on time and very professional. Would highly recommend for home projects.

They left several spots of oil on my floor that I cannot get out of the cement. They should have put down a floor cover to keep that from happening. The floor may be cement but it doesn't need oil spots. I tried to clean it up with soap and water to no avail. This is the reason I gave 3.5 score. They should have taken greater care cleaning out the burner. Thanks

Honestly great guy on the phone and followed through wonderfully. Great communication and great work,. They fixed what needed fixed and left the stuff that could wait, within that the prices were very fair.

Customer service was beyond exceptional! The job I ordered was not an emergency, however, the plumber came to do the fix within a couple hours of my call. He was very polite and professional. He got straight to work, explained what he did and gave me good advice about how to reduce risk of pipes freezing in the winter. The quality of his work was great and the price was shockingly low! I highly recommend this organization and will definitely refer friends to them and use them for all future plumbing jobs.

I actually had Gelinas do some plumbing work. The plumber was very pleasant and personable. The work looked good, worked good. I am satisfied with the experience. I will have them back to do the heating/boiler work, before winter.

Simple installation of tub, sink and toilet. When the job was "complete", the sink was fine. However, the bathtub drain did not completely stop up when the plug was engaged, and the toilet was not secure on the floor - it wobbled when I sat on it. I had the plumber come back, and he said he fixed the tub drain (but did not) and told me I had to return the toilet because it was molded improperly and needed to be replaced. After speaking with my builder, I called the Gelinas main line to speak to someone in charge. It turns out there are only 2 plumbers that work there. The second one came to my house (but I had to call him to find out where he was 30 minutes after he said he would be there) and fixed the drain (for real this time) and managed to shim the toilet so it no longer wobbles. In the end everything worked out, but I was disappointed that the first plumber steered me so wrong in the first place.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Service and installation was above and beyond expectations. Very, very pleased. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for A/C installation.

When I realized I needed a plumber to fix my leaking bath tub pipe the day before the Forth of July weekend, with company coming, I thought I was doomed! But I was very pleasantly surprised, called about 9:25AM and was told that a tech in my area (OOB ME) would call me back to set up a time I was surprised. When the tech called me at 9:40 AM and told me he should be able to get to me about 2:30 PM the same day I was very happy. When the Tech called at 1:30 PM to say he could be here at 2:00 PM instead of 2:30 PM I was ecstatic. When all was fixed by 3:00 PM I was one very satisfied customer!
