Luxury Vinyl Flooring Installation (Materials Not Provided by Consumer)
$30,000
Jonathan is an excellent contractor and easy to work with . He does quality work in a timely manner. We highly recommend him. Jonathan completely gutted our main bathroom and put in a gorgeous new bathroom, doing all the plumbing, electrical work, framing, and a truly outstanding job of the tile work.

Jonathan, owner of Gem, fixed our bathtub fixtures and replaced an old rotting back/splash-board with a tile job to match old tile work. He was great to deal with from start to finish of the job and his work is outstanding. He is super skilled at what he does and provides very professional, friendly service. He gets a six out of five stars on every question asked! His quality work, pricing, consistency, timeliness, and politeness, & genuine helpfulness is impeccable! Thank you Jonathan Astorga, owner of Gem! You'll get our votes or nomination for "Best [Home Remodel and repair Work] in Albuquerque" if we ever have that option!
