They charged me $2,000 for an ac repair and is still bad. I called them and the ownee Eli Febres told me that he is to busy to come back that i i should contact other company and obv there is not refunds.

Charged $85 for service call to be deducted if I had them repair the refrigerator. They arrived on time. The tech was here maybe 10 minutes and said he could not repair it as the parts were not available. So I paid $85 for nothing. No mention of refunding my money.

My refrigerator was not repaired properly..and he doesn't answer when you him back..I feel like he scammed me out my money..

These guys have no idea what they are doing. They came out to repair a wine fridge and ice maker and could not repair either one. I was told I would get a refund, but after multiple attempts to communicate with them, I still have not received one.

Eli Febres from Gemca Service, LLC was spot on. He called me within 5 minutes of my request. I spoke with him about my issue with a clothes dryer and after asking a few questions told me he would be there the next day between 10-am and 12 noon. He arrived as promised and was very polite and professional. Although he could not fix our issue he was very apologetic. I would highly recommend this company and Eli!

Great customer communication. They arrived when scheduled. Diagnosed the problem with my appliance and had the parts with them to fix it on the spot. The cost was very reasonable

Ely was super professional,.courteous, respectful fast and pretty accurate. We have to invest on a new fridge anyway but this guy was very fair, he found one problem and fixed it, we then noticed fridge wasnt working as it should he came back and checked it no charge, found a bigger problem and was very honest.
