Brandon did a very good job and we are very happy with the work. It got off to a rocky start due to some equipment and supply problems/delays, but the house looks great.

Everything went smoothly and the house looks great. He worked on the areas that I specified to make sure it got cleaned and had me check the work before he finished up.

The technician was very professional, friendly, and easygoing. He explained everything and was very thorough. Very easy to work with and very reasonably priced. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Twan arrived at the scheduled time and went right to work, very polite and professional appreciate his work ethic and the time he put into the job to make sure the work (pressure wash) was done properly. I will be contacting them again for additional projects and would recommend Gemini Cleaning .

Expressed concerns when Brandon knocked on the door to say good-bye and noticed all of the debris was left in the driveway for us to clean up. This happened after I had asked (twice) for the tops of window edges to be addressed. Damaged three stones with gouges and swirls, blasted to the point there was sand on the ground. Was not able to clean the brick properly. We took house numbers and mailbox off the house by the front door and still had cobwebs on the brick after he left. We ended up scrub brushing that ourselves. Never provided a receipt, but took the cash. Called immediately to report dissatisfaction, no answer. Called every day for 3 days. On the 4th day, Don answered but **knew nothing and would get back with me after talking to Brandon**. Called the next day and Daniel (the owner) said **he did not know anything and would have to get back to me after talking with Brandon**. Interestingly, Daniel said that my appointment **was not on the schedule**. Have heard nothing since. They are not returning calls. Please be advised that you will be trapped in a bad business deal.

DISCLAIMER: THIS IS THE MILD, SUGAR COATED, WATERED DOWN VERSION OF WHAT I WANTED TO SAY. This was the worst experience I have had with any company. Seriously, the work ethic was horrendous and the constant dodging of phone calls, arrival, and follow-ups was ridiculous too. Scheduled for a vent cleaning and said I needed a thorough deep cleaning for the vents in my home, stated the furnace type, and that my home was on a slab and had been foreclosed for 10+ years prior to our move-in with extreme detail, yet there was not sufficient notice of their arrival. I was lucky to be awake to see the ONLY text as a contact. I had to call them on multiple occasions on the day of any appointment. The techs got here and it was not much better. My roommate and I were both present and paid for all visits. No thorough cleaning was done whatsoever, upsold us to clean the furnace and still did not do that well. The techs were sloppy, dirt and dust was everywhere because they were rushing. Did not remove any vents when I showed them all and stated filters were attached. Completed everything in 2 hours, which was already a red flag, but to find literal dust balls and piles of dirt still in the vents not even minutes after they left was ludicrous. I called to reschedule for a redo or a refund and said they were happy to redo it. The new date came for the reschedule (during corona), but still the same outcome, except that this time, nobody called or showed. I called, rescheduled again, since somehow they got shut down and quarantined the morning of our appointment with no notification to us. I personally do not understand that or why that would warrant an excuse for not calling, but still, I was trying to be patient and work with them. I gave a list of what I wanted done when I rescheduled since I did not feel as though they were prepared previously. Again, they agreed and I rescheduled. So, now the original rescheduled date has now been rescheduled for a new future date. This date was last Tuesday. The company not only sent one less person of the two that originally came to do the job but completely ignored what I asked for, including the list of requests for the rescheduled cleaning and again leaving my vents dirty. My roommate and I took our own ShopVac and did more cleaning in our vents than in both visits combined. I called told the company this and that it just would not work out so we wanted our money back because nothing was fulfilled. They have dodged contact since and have not returned what we paid. They do not take pictures and we have no clue what our vents look like internally beyond what we can see but from what we could it was bad. This was also a request for the reschedule, which was not fulfilled.
