The owner of Gemâ s personally met us at our house for a thorough estimate, he carefully measured each room while explaining the process and various cleaning techniques and products they use for each type of carpet. His employees arrived on time, and even gave us a courtesy call to let us know when they were 15 minutes away. The work was completed on time and all communication was excellent!! They took extra care cleaning the stairs, getting in the hard to reach creases. The owner as well as his employees were courteous and professional. They wore masks and covered their shoes. The carpet looks excellent! Itâ s 25+ years old, a well-worn beige, with dogs and lots of stains and they made it look brand new getting out several heavy stains that we didnâ t even expect and that two other companies could not remove or did even not try to remove!! The estimate was extremely reasonable. We will hire and recommend this business over and over again! The entire experience was very positive!

Gem's was on time and very professional. When they arrived they went right to work. The crew knew their jobs, one vacuumed the carpets, another sprayed treatment and the other made the industrial vacuum machine ready to clean the carpets and upholstery after the regular vacuum and pretreat. They did an excellent job.
