Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
Never gave me a contract, just had one for himself. Took deposit of half down and then took off for 2 days, just like reviews before said. Did not respond to my phone calls. After calling Home Advisor, he came to my house and did the job. Would not recommend him.

I signed a contract with the painting contractorGEN X REMODELING for $1450 for an exterior house painting. I gave him a check for a deposit for $700. The contractor wrote out the contract and failed to give me a copy indicating he would give me a copy the following day.He was scheduled to arrive the next day between 7-8 am with 2 additional workers. The contractor did not show up. After two phone calls the contractor called late afternoon and stated he had a sick family member. He did not mention why his 2 workers did not show up to start the painting job. The following day the contractor cashed the check and has not responded in anyway in 3 weeks to return the $700. N
