After two other plumbers failed to follow up or even return calls, Platinum responded promptly and professionally. The job involved diagnosing a serious basement flood, camera inspection, excavation, and replacement of failed Orangeburg pipe. Humberto clearly explained the problem, showed camera images, and outlined repair options without pressure. They used modern pipe-bursting technology to replace the sewer line without trenching the entire yard. Luís and his crew demonstrated outstanding technical skill and attention to detail, carefully ensuring proper grading, bedding, and flow before closing the excavation. They even worked through the weekend to minimize disruption. Communication was excellent throughout, the property was treated with care, and cleanup was impressive for a project of this size.
