Gene Shank, Inc.

The category is spray-texturizing (knock down). One wall developed a large crack and the texture peeled from the wall. Gene denied responsibility immediately when I reported the problem by phone. (No one else did the work.) He reluctantly agreed to come by and see it when he could "find the time." Repeated calls yielded more promises to come by "soon" . Now ignores all calls. I filed a complaint with the West Florida Better Business Bureau. He ignores their rep also. Oddly, Gene advertises "texture repairs"

Gene was great, and very personable. He took the time to make sure I was happy with the job. It was an excellent experience. They were professional, prompt and friendly. Would use them again!

Great job, great price - definitley recommend!

SPECTACULAR PERSON TO DO BUSINESS WITH....A+

Gene is great. He will begin project on Tuesday

Gene was courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and provided a clean, excellent repair to my dry wall issues. I would thoroughly recommend him to any one needing this type of work. Of the 3 people who responded to my request he was the only one to take the time to actually view the job and therefore make an effective quote. Use Gene for your drywall!!

Gene Shank Inc.were very professional. They did everything exactly as was disscused and on time. the Cleanup was great, and Gene was very plesant to work with.Would deffintly recommend.

Workers were timely and professional and completed the job within the stated time. I would recommend this company to friends and colleagues.

I'm having my kitchen/dining area remodeled so I'm dealing with a lot of different people. Gene is by far the easiest, most reliable to deal with of all of them! I had to put off the texture a couple of times and Gene kept in touch and always followed up. He's a very personable guy and gave me a very fair price. He and his guys came in and got the job done in no time. It looks fantastic. I will definitely be keeping his number for future jobs. I highly recommend him!

Good job, good clean up. Worked hard and fast.
