Scammers, be aware. I gave them a check for $200 to get the parts they never show up or return my calls. I do not know why HomeAdvisor lists scammers on their website.

My Samsung washing machine started making a lot of noise during the spin cycle and moved across the floor. The technician took his service fee and an additional $30.00 for parts. I gave him a total of $120.00. He returned to attempt to fix the washing machine; but he showed me no evidence of having purchased the parts, which he said was a related to the floor being uneven. He said that he would pick up some wood to adjust the height of the legs. I told him that I had enough wood around the house. He used some wood that I had around the house. After several tries the washing machine kept wobbling and making noise. He then showed me that the drum was uneven as it spun during the spin cycle. He said that he would return later that week to fix the washing machine, I called him several times when I noticed that he did not contact me upon the day that we agreed upon. He said he would call me back. He did not call me back. After that, He refused to accept my calls. I called, what I thought was his parent company; but got no answer there either.

The attempted fix didn't work and instead made my problem worse. I was told they would come back the next day to fix it, but instead, they never showed up and have continued to ignore calls and emails for weeks since.

I wanted to resolve this problem without making a complaint however, I got no response to my telephone or to my email.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! YOU BEEN WARNED!!!. They charge me almost $400 dollars for a half hour job to replace a $20 thermostat defrost which comes with a 2 years warranty by the service. The replacement did not fix the issue, I called and scheduled two times for someone to come to fix it again, both times no show and no call to explain why. Now they do not even answer the phone. save yourself the hassle find other company do your repair service.

This is Service provider is not honest, he will offer a warrantee but will not fallow trough and I have being calling him for the past two days and had not responded.
