This was a great experience. The technician explained everything to me before the work was performed and after the work was completed. I appreciate the thoughtfulness and kindness of the professional service.

I had several companies give me a price. General Chimney had the lowest bid and the highest rating. I needed several bricks in my fireplace replaced. Omar and his helper did a great job. He explained that the replacement bricks would not be an exact match, which I already knew since my building is over a hundred years old. However, they carefully trimmed the brick that they brought, so that it would match as well as possible. They were polite, and respectful of my property, wore masks the entire time, and cleaned up perfectly. Couldn't ask for more, highly recommend.

On time !!! Young men were respectful of my property. Cleaned up after the work. Explained everything prior to doing the work. Finished product we were very pleased.

General Chimney Services, Inc. did a tremendous job under less-than-ideal conditions. The weather when they repaired and replaced my chimney from the flashing up featured off-and-on showers and thunderstorms the majority of the time, but they powered through the challenges and got the job done safely and efficiently. Their communication with me was frequent and helpful. The price they charged was fair and reasonable. The results were spectacular. I recommend General Chimney Services, Inc. at the highest level, and without reservations.

Omar and Angelo were very kind and patient from the first day I met them. They did extra inspections that a second chimney company didn't do and Omar took the time to explain to me all the details of the project. They cleaned up the work area which is important to me and not something done as a matter of course by some other companies. I would recommend this company because I could hear the smile in the office guys voice when I said I was stressed. He said don't worry about it, we will take care of it. I am grateful... One less thing.
