Grace does a great job, is always readily available to accomodate my last minute cleaning schedule times.

She was doing (for the most part) a good job (we have no complaint really on the job she would do), but the calling and canceling or changing the time she came began to inconvienence us. We set up a day for her to show up, but she never called nor showed up and then the next week she called and wanted to come over, my husband was not happy with this part of the job and told her we wouldn't be needing her anymore. The only reason I wouldn't recommend her is because of the times called and not shown up.

I hired Grace on short notice and she got the job done. Both my husband and the tenant moving in were very impressed by the cleanliness. The tenant asked for her name/number because he wants to hire her and my husband said he also wants to hire her to clean our house.
