Fantastic customer service. Melvin was prompt in communicating with me. His father performed most of the work. He is an incredible craftsman and worked tirelessly for 3 days to restore over 1000 sq ft of field stone floors in my home. Of 5 companies I contacted, Melvin was my top choice. Highly recommend.

Melvin was very responsive and professional. The workers were very punctual and worked efficiently. Everything was covered appropriately before starting work. I only wish the workers were more communicative during the process- there were some stains that still remained on the counter- which required additional grinding but I was not communicated this until after they finished. I do Appreciate the responsiveness and explanations from Melvin, and would hire with them again.

Melvin and one other worker came to restore and polish my marble countertops. They came roughly on time and finished the whole job in about 2.5 hours. Did a good job of cleaning the area afterwards. Overall, he did a great job, getting out the vast majority of the etching and marks on the marble. Only remaining marks were pretty deep chips that he said would lead to the marble being uneven if he tried to get rid of them (he would need to grind down even more). Clearly has lots of experience with this. Also gave me a discount.

Melvin was fantasticâ highly communicative and very helpful. We have a travertine outdoor patio that had some pretty bad stains. This team did a fantastic job taking out the stains, cleaning the stone, and sealing it against future wear. The price was incredibly reasonable. I would absolutely use them again.

Was available next day for small job refinishing a small marble vanity damaged by cleaning solution left for 7 hours. Waived his customary minimum and even offered a LOWER amount when the job took less time than he had anticipated. Took care to protect areas around the work site, worked quietly, and offered advice on maintaining my beautiful new surface. One of the easiest experiences we ve ever had with a contractor. Neighbors have hired him for a much bigger job.

The owner was the first to respond to my bid for a quote for a small job to refinish a marble vanity top. He agreed to do the job, waiving his usual minimum, and came early the next day. The owner was communicative and careful to protect surfaces around the work, offered advice on how to maintain my marble, and even tried to charge me LESS than what he had quoted, because the job took less time than he had anticipated (which I refused, as his bid was already low for a quality job.) While he was here, neighbors requested a quote for a much bigger job, so he will be back next week to refinish my neighborsâ marble countertops and other projects. Iâ m so thankful to have my marble restored so quickly and easily and for such a reasonable rate. I will definitely use this company if I need any work done in future.
