My water heater decided to stop working New Year's Eve. I own a commercial apartment building, so waiting a day or two wasn't an option. Yeah, I had to pay double time because they came out on New Year's Day, but the technician was extremely knowledgeable and had my unit up and running in under an hour. And they were extremely fair!! This was, hands down, the most pleasant experience I've ever had with emergency plumbing issues.

Donnie is a passive aggressive, rude employee in charge of dispatching his workers, arranging the schedule yet claims he has no control over what part of the day a customer can be booked into for a remote timeframe. Claims the driver is in charge of that. Accused me of being the difficult one canceling when he canceled the day of for our very first appointment. Sent out Connor to replace a baffle and made my tank worse than when they ever arrived to fix it. I can not even believe the lack of customer service. Treating a customer like trash claiming his corporation clients were more valuable than me as a homeowner and that I took a backseat to other clients.

We had a rocky start. Did not get the trouble diagnosed correctly so it took 3 visits to get the issue corrected. But in the end they got the problem solved without added service fees.
