Reviews
Write a ReviewTim and his crew are the greatest group of professionals! And Tim was the only contractor, out of 5, to call me back. And immediately! I Will recommend him every chance I get. Call Tim!
After I called, Tim came over to my house almost immediately. Luckily he was in my area finishing up a project. He was very professional and friendly in assessing my problem with the window shades. I also had him and his helper, Gerald, look at the hand railing on my front porch. They were able to repair the window shades and repair the handrail in a short amount of time. I was impressed by their efficiency and would hire them again for any other house projects.
Tim did a great job for us. He came out the day after I called to give us an estimate, then wrote it up and did a drawing for approval by our condo board. When we received the approval, he came out within a day and finished the job in 4 hours which was amazing because he custom made a window well cover at our condo which goes underneath the deck. Tim was very knowledgeable, neat and explained everything to us when he was finished. Would highly recommend him for this type of repair.
I made a call, Tim immediately came out because he was near by my house. Once he analyses the project he was able to start day one. He is very skilled, checked measurements twice and asked for my thoughts. When he was done, My privacy gate worked great. I was no longer graging across the ground, wobbling back and forward. Re positioned my latches. In all great job. Will call him back when needed.
My call was returned promptly, and Tim came out to give me an estimate. After two days he called and came over and started and completed the project. I really liked how he saved recipts for the materials he had to buy that was above the estimate price (due to unforeseen repair needed) and explained all of it in a detailed receipt. Nothing was hidden. He is also vary knowledgable and answered all of our questions. Very friendly/personable guy. Would definitely hire again
quick, no-nonsense service, would do business again, highly recommended
Prompt service.will use again.
I hired this contractor to repair a leak on my door wall, however we haven't had any heavy rain since the repair so, I'm not sure if the repair is sufficient. The owner came to the job with another worker and they spent a total of 4hrs and 20 min on the job. Now, this includes a half hour they spent running to the hardware, helping them retrieve my ladder from the garage and locating two pieces of 2x4 for them to use on my wobbly deck. All in all, they removed a few pieces of siding, reattached a narrow sheet of metal, caulked around the doorwall and screwed a couple of pieces under one of the posts on my deck. This costed me $510!
contractor remove and replaced siding from the deck to the top of the second story windows caulked and reflashed windows and door wall also installed new metal drip edge over door wall and caulked around all open areas. One of the wood deck hand rail post was broken and needed to be repaired, done so by using two 2x4 not part of origenal quoit. Also caulked around additional windows and brick ledge at customers request. The quoited price was given two days before acceptance and the job started. No extra cost for additional repairs. The repair must have been "sufficient" as it's been 5 months
Prompt, reliable and reasonable.
I had a wooden shed which was sided in my backyard that needed to be demolished. Two men in their 50s or 60s arrived with a small truck. Gave me an estimate of $600-$650. Charged me $750 but because my younger and stronger friend did some of the major demolishing, the company's employee (not owner) said to take $20 off of what he would be paid because of the work my friend did. They also did not do an adequate clean up. I would not recommend this company.
