This is the second time we hired General Pest Control Co. The first time for roach problem at my aunt's apartment and this time for a suspected mouse at my home. He did an excellent job with the roach problem and after he treated just one time, my aunt did not have any more problems. This time for the mouse issue, it was easy to schedule and Mr. Ha arrived the next day. He is super knowledgeable about pest control and is genuinely concerned about the issue. He found openings to the house in the crawl space and closed them with metal sheet covering and foam. He treated the area with mice poison. He talked me through what was happening and explained how to monitor. We caught the mouse in one of his traps that week and he expects no more issues. Mr. Ha is an expert and is really nice and his prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend General Pest Control Co and Mr. Ha for any pest control needs and he is my "go-to".
