I had discovered a leak coming from my main water shut off valve after turning it off to complete small project. I called General and they sent out Xavier. He arrived when they said he would, and immediately he fixed the problem. Being relieved that it wasnâ t a huge problem started pointing some things I needed done. He was very willing to help me out and continued to replace a supply line to a toilet, replace 2 fill valves that were not working properly, reset another fill valve and replaced a wax ring. Planning to replace hot water tank and I will be calling Xavier and General to do the install. Highly recommended.

these guys are awesome my hot water tank was leaking, thought it was oil leaking out, turn out to just be dirt on the ground that made it look like oil.they arrival was right on the mark.i had a valve that somehow triggered making water run out.they took care of it no charge thanks General Plumbing great service.

45 minutes late. The plumber did not have right tools just to unscrew the faucet. I had to give him my tools. Asked weird questions that had nothing to do with the project. Went to the store without saying anything and after 3 hours nothing has been done. It seemed he was very new to the plumbing profession.

Apprentice came the first day to assess the problem. Next day, plumber and apprentice came, confirmed the problem and made repairs in a timely fashion. We discussed some other work I need to have done in the future. I am looking forward to having them do this other work for me - very pleased.
