I found this contractor in Angi. I needed a new flat roof on a room addition to my rental building and previous contractors had done terrible jobs. Daryl García was very professional and him and his crew did it ahead of schedule and the finishes were impeccable. On his own initiative, Daryl kept updating me, sending me pictures of the progress until he finished. I did not have to be on top of them. They also took care of all of the debris and when I went to see it after they finished, the room was completely cleared and swept from garbage and debris. Even though it was a flat roof, they leveled it correctly so water could run, and they used strong anchors and screws to fasten it to the concrete walls. They underpromised and overdelivered. Even my handyman was impressed. Of course the fire test will be the next big rain, but at least by the looks of it and the quality of the materials, I may not have a problem for a long time.

Daryl contact me on Friday morning, I told him that i had a leak in the roof. He immediately schedule a visit for the afternoon. Upon his afternoon visit, he explain and show me the problem on the roof and told me that he can fix it either the next day or Monday morning. He call me the next day to confirm that he will be able to fix the problem that day. As he promise on Saturday the problem was fixed, he took pictures and share it with me, also, i went up to the roof to see the final work. We are very please and impress with his professionalism and customer service. In summary, I was very impressed with the fast response time and excellent work ethic of the owner (Daryl). Within a day I had the work done in my roof. Extremely accessible and professional. Daryl showed a personal interest in the job from get-go to completion. Completely agree with all other reviews and I highly recommend their services and definitely willuse their services in all my further roofing needs. Extremely accessible and professional. Daryl showed a personal interest in the job from get-go to completion. The entire crew came through just as well as could b expected. A sudden shower would send them scurrying down that ladder single file, but the moment it stopped, they were up that ladder single file again. You just don't see that very often nowadays.
