This is a really organized company at the top of their trade. I am very impressed with the customer service a very professional presentation tools and equipment. A good clean appearance of the technician with knowledge and experience for my difficult to understand problem was understood and solved within 20 minutes. The price for repair was very reasonable. I highly recommend that you hire them for your alarm needs what ever they may be. They showed up on time fully equipped for all problems that could arise while they were here truly a gem.

When the alarm company I had for years could not send a tech to fix our alarm for 3 weeks I got Gen 3 to replace the mother board. We decided to have Generation 3 become our servicer when the alarm service we had insisted that their tech had to hook up the new board but we had to wait 2 weeks more. Gene was very responsive and did a very good job and quickly got us hooked into the Generation 3 system. The monitoring is also a few dollars cheaper per month.

Generation 3 is just awesome. From the first inquiry on the phone, follow up for the appointment and first class workmanship to diagnose and fix my problem was 5 star service. Gene was fantastic! He greeted me with a smile, handed me his business card, listened to my concerns and got straight to work. He was scheduled for an one hour appointment but was in and out in 20 minutes, after diagnosing our alarm wiring problem. I would 100% recommend and work with Gene and Generation 3 again.

Called for a camera repair. They scheduled and communicate several times prior to appointment with option to keep or reschedule. The technician show up as scheduled on time and fixed the issue. Great service, and I would recommend.
