From my initial call for a quote through installation, Generator One is a top notch company. They communicate clearly, answered my questions and reviewed my concerns, they answer their phones and follow through and follow up. Mike was extremely informative when he came out to provide a quote. Hannah has been extremely helpful, assisting and following up on paperwork. Derek was kind and courteous when we discussed post installment stuff (service/maintenance contract and Mobile Link). Finally, â the crewâ , Matt, Nick, & Tyler were fantastic. They called to let me know when they would arrive, they walked me through the process, kept me informed along the way. Polite and respectful to me, my dog and my property. They thoroughly cleaned up, explained how the generator works, and gave me a few helpful tips. I would highly recommend Generator One!

The crew (Brian, Jimmy and Gabe) showed up on time and got right to work. They did a very thorough job and the installation looks beautiful. They went over everything I need to know. They completed the job quickly and efficiently, weâ re very polite and respectful. We are very happy with the quality of both the generator and the installation team.

Mike was very thorough in describing how the Generac whole house generator operates when he came to our house prior to the installation. When the crew from Generator One LLC arrived to install it, they were very professional in every way and cleaned up afterwards. Since we've had it installed in 2019, our 11K Generac generator has always supplied backup power to our house during many power outages. I highly recommend Generator One LLC to anyone thinking of investing in a whole house backup generator. Call and ask for Mike. You won't be disappointed!

I can't say enough how wonderful Mike (manager) and his crew were from the moment I met them. Mike always answered my calls, answered my questions, and made sure everything went smoothly. The crew that installed our generator are awesome! Very professional, kind, polite, and worked efficiently together to get the job done. We had a foot of snow on the ground, and very cold, and not one complaint. They just kept working until my unit was installed and my heat back now. Thank you for being so professional!
