I have tried repeatedly just to get them to answer the phone but they do not. I have left messages but nobody calls me back. When they started it was a good company but in recent months I have heard many stories of poor or no service. My generator needs repair and they will not answer the phone. I will do my best to find someone else to help with my generator needs.

The technician that came to service my generator was very nice and did a great job. He even gave me his card and told me to call him if I needed any help.

Everything overall was handled perfectly and I have no complaints. Also, before this ice storm, they called to see if we needed their services. It feels good to know they are standing by ready.
