Steve & Michael Cardenas are extremely hard working , and honest people. My previous company, that installed my back up generator, was incompetent, and charged a lot of money. When I called Steve, he came out to my house in a timely fashion, and took enormous time to explain all the deficiencies with my present generator. I gave him the approval to buy a new, more efficient generator, and have not had any issues to date. I continue to have an annual maintenance agreement at a very reasonable price. I would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation!

ore details of what happened I would like to mention how happy I am with my new whole house 22kw Generac generator, From my initial survey by their field engineer Will, who help me set up what I exactly what I need and where it's to be located. He made sure that LWR receives all the specification sheets on the generator for their filing purpose. Then I was contact by their customer service rep, Liz, she worked with me every step of the way, She interacted with LWR town hall to see that all the generators' specification were met with their modification committee, sending final copies to Manatee county in order to file the necessary forms for permits. Then arraigning a delivery date. They sent 4 men to set the generator in place and run the electric cable and pressured tested the gas line., Liz then coordinated an installation date, all with in a week time frame. Their men are all professionals who knew their job as well as their co-worker. Then I received a call from their operation manager Exton , who was in charge of all the work being performed, He called again and explain what was going be accomplished and when. He was able to get a crew to install and make the connections on Memorial Day for me. They sent only two men, who made the final connection for the gas line and electric to the transfer then into the house. They estimated that it might take up to 8 hours to be safe, They completed their mission in less than 6 hours, I was without power for minimal interruption to my electrical needs. As luck would have it, Peace River had a power outage later that evening, My generator came on as its required and ran for the next 3 hours, My son slept throughout the entire time, In closing, this was the best investment I have made o my home except for replacing my two air conditioning systems. I'm so glad I was able to get Generac to giver me piece of mind for the up and coming hurricane season, Tony Gula. Check

Steve and his son Michael are two of the finest people that are on this planet. Their knowledge and skills of the generator install is second to none. Steve's electrical work is by far the neatest work I have ever seen. I highly recommend these gentlemen as I don't have to worry about backup power.

Mike responded very quickly to evaluate the problem withy generator. He was very honest. My generator is 13 years old and could told me it needed replaced. He fixed it with a single part. Hopefully it will last a couple more years. When it does need replaced I will definitely use Generator Solutions of SWFL!
